It was an experience from the 60s. The music, decor and tea served with real China tea pot and cups. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the era, but also the decorations and items from the 60s for sale. Lots of items are donated to the place and some are bought in keeping with the 60s era. There is a sales room at the back with a Teddy bear hanging from the ceiling. It's well worth a visit.

Gorgeous place, and plenty of choice of food. Was very lucky to do the 10 week Baking course with chef Jane and it was fantastic learning new skills along the way, plus great motivation, and interacting with others.

What a fab place. Lesley (volunteer) is an amazing cook, and her cottage pie is gorgeous. Fun atmosphere and great surroundings. The place to be for good food and great, quirky, unique gifts and items you never knew you needed until you visited there. A place of new friendships, company and warmth.

This is an incredible place - like stepping back in time. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Everywhere you look, something catches your eye. It is the ideal setting for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. The lemon cake is especially delicious. There is an attached shop which is an Aladdin’s Cave of goodies - something for everyone.
